Do we install Meters (Gas/Water/Electricity)

We don’t currently offer meter installation services and will only be able to help you specify meters that work with our system. Contact you Utility for more information in that regard.

Which payment methods are available through the SMARTFLO™ Application?

You can load any VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX card onto you SMARTFLO™ application for easy, secure payment of Utility Bills. You may also pay with STRIPE™ or PAYPAL™ should you have an account with  either.

Is the application free?

The basic SMARTFLO™ application is free, forever. We endeavour to keep the core functionality available at no cost to our customers as long as our systems are up and running. We do offer certain SMARTFLO™ PRO features for additional cost. Find out more about these features on our website pages.

My Utility is not a partner yet. What do I do now?

This is where you can help us! Please send us a request to contact your utility and provide us with as much detail as possible. We will then make contact with your Utility and ask them to join the service. We cannot guarantee that the will join as a partner(but we could imagine why the wouldn’t). 

Is my Information Safe?

We stick to what we do best and use world-leading technology providers to store and encrypt our information. We will NEVER sell mailing lists or SPAM our users! Check your EULA for all the details from our legal beagles.

Can I partner with SMARTFLO™ in my country?

We get this one a lot. The short answer is : YES! Although we won’t make any guarantees, we would like to help people in as many locations at possible. So if you would like to partner with us, let us know.
